Refund Policy

1. General Policy
DuaDeal sells digital promotional services, listing visibility, and company credit packages. Payments may be made by bank transfer/IBAN or other methods shown in the platform. Because these services can be activated, reserved, or credited after verification, completed purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by DuaDeal.
2. Listing Boosts
Payments for listing boosts are non-refundable once the boost is activated, scheduled, or used. Paid visibility does not guarantee a sale, buyer contact, exact number of views, or specific search position for the full duration.
3. Company Credits and Packages
Company packages and credits are non-refundable after credits are delivered to the account or used. Unused credits may remain available according to the account rules shown in the platform.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you made a duplicate payment, used the wrong payment reference, or selected the wrong package before activation, contact us as soon as possible. We may correct the package, credit the account, or issue a refund at our discretion after verification.
5. Rejected or Removed Listings
If a listing is rejected or removed because it violates DuaDeal rules, paid promotions linked to that listing may not be refunded. Users are responsible for making sure listings comply with platform rules.
6. How to Request Help
Refund or payment questions can be sent to info@duadeal.com. Include your account email, payment date, amount, package or listing ID, bank-transfer reference if available, and a short explanation.
