By accessing or using DuaDeal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Services

DuaDeal provides an online marketplace where users can publish, browse, and promote listings such as vehicles, real estate, rentals, and related offers. DuaDeal is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless expressly stated.

3. Accounts and Access

Visitors may view public pages, including pricing and policies, without an account. Creating listings, managing profiles, confirming payments, purchasing promotions, and using company credits require login. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping account access secure.

4. Listings

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and placed in the correct category. Misleading titles, incorrect prices, duplicated ads, prohibited content, or false contact information may result in removal, rejection, or account restriction.

5. Paid Services

DuaDeal may offer paid listing boosts, visibility packages, and company credit bundles. Prices are displayed on the pricing page before purchase. Paid visibility does not guarantee a sale, lead, view count, ranking permanence, or buyer response.

6. Payments

Payments must be made using the payment methods presented at checkout. Payment confirmations may require verification. DuaDeal may delay activation or suspend service if payment details are incomplete, invalid, disputed, or suspected of fraud.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not abuse the platform, scrape data, bypass authentication, post unlawful content, impersonate others, manipulate prices, or interfere with platform security or availability.

8. Changes and Availability

DuaDeal may update features, pricing, rules, and these terms. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, safety, legal, or business reasons.
